Default Character Names Lost....

I haven't been playing Guild Wars Factions for some serval Years and so, i forgot my Character Names and i have no Screenshots or any other Data. I have send an e-mail to the support-team. How long will it take and will they answer me ? Will they tell me my Character Names?

Yes they will say the name. About the time it took 1 weak for a friend of mine but I'm not really sure...

wow 1 week thats kinda long...... i mean i know they are busy but still its their job to answer it as fast as they can, they are the support team..

they do a good job while they can but they are understaffed so i wouldnt go Red Engine till its at least a week and a half xD.

Censoring filter on Guru makes swearing appear as GORED ENGINE RED ENGINE GO etc.

As in, don't go berserk on the support team just yet.

I need to do this as well, got an account that I don't remember the name to lol. Will they need anything else besides the email address and password? Since that's all I have.

They require that you tell them the activation codes. Plus some other stuff that I can't remember at the moment. Let me look through my old tickets...

-- What physical address did you use when you created the account?
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
-- What are all the retail access keys currently registered to your Guild Wars game account? (Please include the retail access keys from each campaign.)

-- What are the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used to make any Guild Wars purchases online from us? (if applicable)


Probably something like that.

You don't need all activation key's - if you have at least 1 key associated with the account and can provide the other information they need, then they should be able to help you.

I know as I've had to contact support to gain access to my account twice (both times due to my fault and issue's with my pc, no hacking or others logging into my account, etc). I don't have access to my Prophecies activation code anymore.. or any receipts for it's purchase. but they have been fine with the activation codes and receipts from Factions and Nightfall - both times they got back to me within 24 hours with the relevant info I needed to access my account once again.
